EOS-05 Mission: ISRO is preparing to launch the EOS-05 Earth Observation Satellite on 4 September 2026 at 2:55 AM IST using the GSLV-F17 rocket from Sriharikota.
India’s Earth Observation: EOS-05 will strengthen India's capabilities in remote sensing, agriculture, forestry, disaster management and environmental monitoring.
Air Vice Marshal Shakti Sharma: Air Vice Marshal Shakti Sharma has become the first woman officer from the non-medical branch of the Indian Armed Forces to attain the rank of Air Vice Marshal.
Ram Mandir Trust: Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra (Retd.) has been appointed as the first Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

SCO Summit: The 26th Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit concluded in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, with India highlighting security, connectivity and opportunity as key priorities.
SCO: The organisation now has 10 member states, including India, China, Russia, Iran and Pakistan.
